Yes the in/out (not of the stadium, but just the plaza area) was a mess. Which I believe is what some of these upgrades are addressing

OP is misleading. There is a waterfall account they can draw from and it will improve flow on the approach/departure on Hacienda. Will be a positive upgrade.

I went to LSU/USC 2 years ago in that stadium & while it was nice, I was underwhelmed. Vegas will have a brand-new stadium within 10-15 years.
