Idk how many are pointing and laughing about someone getting murdered. Nate Oates is the only one thats really downplayed it

Yes, this is possible at every school and fans should act accordingly. At the same time bama fans shouldn’t get so defensive about it.

This isn’t some recruiting violation.

Exactly. Players do dumb shite all the time. Some players do criminal shite all the time. More often than not, it isn’t murder. More often than not, anybody involved is suspended indefinitely. More often than not, the coach acts professional.

Some of us were around here when Jeremy Hill got arrested for fricking a minor and then got team voted right back into starting backfield.

Oh yeah, the high school senior who got a blowjob from the high school freshman. How morally reprehensible

Team vote also had nothing to do with that

Janzen Jackson missed two games and he was charged with attempted armed robbery- in a case where the teammates he was with were charged with murder- and immediately reinstated when the charges were dismissed. Miller was never arrested or charged with anything. The guy that was was immediately expelled

Well we know it wasn't, "You can come grab it if you need it," or "It's late, can I give it back to you tomorrow?"
Correct.

And that’s what he should have done.

You're saying that the self-defense was so necessary the guy needed his weapon but not so significant that the guy should have left the area?
I saw that an LSU fan said there was only 7 minutes between the text and shots fired. At that point you’re so close to the lawful gun owner. Just give it to him and get it out of your vehicle at that point. It’s not like Miller got the marching orders from home and went to battle like y’all are making it out to be.

You said this in response to someone saying the shooter went back to the scene after the altercation had started. I think it's definitely possible they don't go back to the person they're arguing with if the weapon isn't brought to them.
You simply don’t know that. But I mean, sure, it’s possible. From what we know right now, this all seems like an unfortunate situation that Miller and the victims found themselves in.

Was that when he stomped the marine in the head? That could’ve easily resulted in a death

It’s just always amusing to see the same people on here that bitch about cancel culture and upholding the constitution get the pitchforks out when a rival athlete might get in some trouble

Miller didn’t break an NCAA, State, or Federal law. He won’t be suspended, and will continue to lead the league in scoring. I’m looking forward to the anguish that causes all of our local champions for due process

I find it odd that the article didn’t mention any of Miller’s replies to “bring my gun.” There are SURELY quite a few texts from Miller here.

With the way you are defending this accomplice, I am not so sure you want to know if he texted and what he texted.

He didn’t kick anyone in the head nor was a marine involved. Pretty impressive how you just keep pumping out all of these inaccuracies

Miller and this bball team will always be synonymous with this murder and Miller’s involvement. That much is certain based on internet reaction to your team’s and Nate Oates’s social media pages from fans all over the country. Everyone will probably celebrate when your scummy hoops program inevitably chokes in March

He may not have broken any laws but he did supply the murder weapon and allegedly blocked in the victim, knowingly or not. But you keep championing the guy who allegedly and possibly inadvertently assisted in the murder of an innocent young woman.

That was Jordan Jefferson who got in a bar fight and was suspended for half a season. LSU went to championship game that year and he was the presumptive starter going into the season. An excellent comparison for this situation. Some of you hardos don't even think the kid should have to do extra wind sprints. Your attempt to morally equivocate is embarrassing and has missed the mark every time.

Many LSU fans wanted him removed from the team completely, by the way.

Is this Darius Miles related to the Darius Miles that played for the Clippers?

And this is why Miller should keep playing? Because some incident several years ago where another coach was shitty with discipline?

Another incident from over 10 years ago…and the victim wasn’t murdered. This is a great comparison.

So Brandon is an Uber driver and has never touched a gun in his life. That attorney earned his paycheck. The truth is somewhere in between.
