You are a dumb shite if you think I’m the only one who thinks this.

You’ve been so terribly wrong about this entire thing so far. Y’all are pitiful.

I’ve posted opinions, nothing as a fact. Not sure how I could be wrong when it’s a matter of opinion.

quote:

Oats said they’ve all know about this for a month. How can you have such shite takes?

That makes this situation worse. But you and your kind have clung to any belief that this “wrong place, wrong time” theory is true.

We were most likely right.

There’s the gump coming out of his shell. Nobody over there cares about the murder, only being right.

Trash gonna trash

”idc that I was wrong and want your athlete to go to prison for no reason!!! You don’t care about the victim!!”

What an irrelevant bitch comment from you.

Of course I don’t want people being murdered. Tf does that have to do with you being terribly wrong about all of this?

Reauxl tried to be diplomatic earlier, but he’s getting pissy now. He’s reading everything from the defense and taking it as straight fact. Anything he disagrees with is a blatant lie.

Reauxl the first statement Oats had this week in the press conference was pretty bad, they came out yesterday and tried to clean it up, that was the written statement.

Oats is in no win here though.

I’ve been consistent here the entire time. Having people even associated with a murder on your teams is a bad look. It likely means that player is associating with, or is a person of low character. Society has bent over backwards to allow guys like that onto college campuses because they’re good at sports.

Penn State was shameful
Baylor was shameful

Bama is proving to be the same…wins are valued above all else.

I’m fairly certain I’m reading it correctly.

If Miller received that text, read it, knew the gun was in his car and came anyway, this situation doesn’t look good.
Eh, it still looks fine. The gun didn’t even have anything to do with why Miller was headed to pick up Miles.
quote:

If he didn’t receive the text, or truly didn’t know of the gun in his car, the situation doesn’t look nearly as bad.
If he didn’t read the text things “don’t look nearly as bad.” They look like Miller did NOTHING wrong. Not even morally.

I would probably bet that he did read the text at some point on the short drive. Maybe around the corner from the pickup location or something. I’m pretty sure that’s how close he was to Miles when Miles sent the text.

In courtroom testimony Tuesday, Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit investigator Branden Culpepper said that Miller responded to a text from former teammate Darius Miles asking him to bring Miles' handgun to the scene by doing exactly that. According to police, Miles then gave the gun to Michael Davis, who allegedly shot and killed Harris.

Explain to me how this should be interpreted.

lol I know you think this, I’m accusing you of being biased in your interpretation, no offense

I disagree. I view this as negligent behavior.

Miller was asked to deliver a firearm to another individual via a text message which included aggressive words directed towards a 3rd party.

Miller, having received the text which showed aggressive language towards a 3rd party, decided to deliver said handgun to the individual who expressed aggressive behavior towards a 3rd party, ultimately resulting in a murder.

Seems pretty straightforward.

IMO, you would not hold this view of Miller if he wasn’t a player on your team.

Don’t feel bad. LSU fans are hypocritical on topics like this too. Look at Nabers getting arrested for having a concealed handgun.

He should be charged like everyone else, but he is a celebrity and the LSU fan base doesn’t want him charged.

Just know you are no better than them.

Weird the defense attorney didn’t just clear it all up with the text messages that make it so obvious how innocent Brandon was right Reauxl?

Everyone in this thread down to the biggest of Bama haters and justice seekers that want Brandon Miller suspended or more would be tickled pink if he were drafted by their favorite NBA team. Therein lies the farce of the faux outrage

It’s looking like Brandon was so close to the pickup spot that he didn’t even have time to reply. Might not have even read the text yet.

The attorney would also have the cell phone logs which would show that.

Agreed.

Look how LSU fans responded to Nabers being arrested.
