It has to be a natural motion for the punter. He was sitting there admiring his leg and unnaturally keeping it extended in regards to his motion.

Boneheaded mistake? That was a terrible call. What’s 44 supposed to do? Let the guy get up and try to make the tackle?
I would understand the call if it were 20 yards away from the action. But that was right where the runner was coming through
