Pete Carroll - Las Vegas
Jim Harbaugh - LA
Andy Reid - KC
Sean Payton - Denver
Has a division ever had this amount of winning/successful coaches?

1983-1988 NFC East had Joe Gibbs, Bill Parcells, and Tom Landry.

Jim Harbough really was the perfect fit for the Chargers. They have so much in common!

I hope the Harbaugh/Carroll rivalry reignites. The Stanford/USC and Seahawks/49ers editions were fun.

How long until Reid is considered the greatest of all time?

He's definitely on the Mt. Rushmore of NFL coaches. One out of only 4 to reach 300 career wins.

Reid has passed Shula imo.

Belichick, Landry, Lombardi, Reid.

Walsh literally wrote the book on how to run a football team and developed one of the most innovative and copied offenses of all time.
He is on Mt Rushmore sorry

If Reid won 1 Superbowl with Philly and only 2 with KC he would have an argument for greatest of all time. Considering he's not that far from having accomplished that, he's for sure up there. Throw in how successful his coaching tree has been. I'm not sure I'd take any coach historically over Reid.

Paul Brown is arguably the real GOAT though he coached in many leagues and levels other than the NFL

Agreed and no Madden listed for the AFC West? Really?

What does Shula have besides a couple SB wins and an undefeated season (just 17 wins)?
I'd put Reid over him at this point.

Every coach of note has said this is the Bible on how to run an organization.... In fact it's so in depth with nitty-griitty attention to detail that the book was a failure for the average Joe....but coaches swear by it.
Sounds like Saban read the book.

Much better announcer/analyst than a head coach though he was a very good head coach.
