Does the NBA or the NBPA not have a qualification and approval process?

Even the weak-arse NFLPA has strict guidelines concerning “agents”.

I wouldn't want any player dumb enough to want to play for us

I don’t think he’s a certified agent. Just a self proclaimed one

There is a show about Shaq and Reebok trying to sign players to shoe contracts.

I had never heard of this guy until then..............Shaq was mad because he reached out to him and the kid never called him back. Never called Shaq back!!!!!!

This guy is a fool.

SLC about to make an example out of this kid. He can sign in play or enjoy playing for dinner in China or Eastern Europe.

Much has been made of Cooper's involvement, but because he isn't a certified agent with the NBPA, Bailey also has agency representation with GSE Worldwide. Danny Green serves as as his certified agent working alongside Cooper as his manager. On Friday, GSE president Andrew Witlieb went on FOS Today to try and quiet the chatter about Bailey not being happy with going to Utah, calling it a "great situation" for Bailey.

This crap is beyond stupid. You play where you're picked. I don't care if the organization is bad and you hate it.

Kobe didn't want to play for Charlotte and it worked for him

I agree, but a lot of people seem to view him differently now.

Because people are as bad as goldfish.

Kobe was a total POS human being, teammate and just utterly pathetic, but he died tragically so now he was the face of the NBA and a role model for people’s kids.

Amazing how that works.

My wife was a flight attendant in the early 2000s and worked a lot of SLC flights post 9/11. The male flight attendants who weren't typical white guys had a good time on their trips - like black-dudes-pulling-threesomes type good times. Couple of guys ended up meeting their wives. SLC is a big diverse city with several Fortune 500 companies, plus all the great outdoor stuff.

During the draft, I was reading Ace's bio on his Wikipedia page and didn't realize a former Lady Techster, Venus Lacy, is his aunt.

Wonder why Rutgers couldn’t win with all that talent? This is a good indicator.

He should force a trade to the Pelicans. Karma.

He wanted you guys to draft him.

It's gonna be funny if he actually does get to go to Pelicans how quickly you guys will go from insulting him and his family to celebrating them.
