He’s given multiple hints that he’s going to end up in Pittsburgh. It does seem that he’s intentionally not signing to skip these things. Now does she think he’s already signed, can’t 100% tell from this video.

Whether or not she thinks he's already signed, her points are still valid to a degree.
If he's going to sign, then he should sign and be at OTAs.

I’m actually a Rodgers fan and think he can still be serviceable. He would be the best fit for the Steelers at this time.

Considering he decided to schedule a trip to Egypt last year when he should have been in camp w/the Jets and then turned around to complain he had no rapport w/his WRs I think it's valid to question why he is yet again missing the start of a camp.
She literally called them "his teammates".
