He needs a good 3 years of drafting free agency and rel asking guys to even have a chance to compete weekly.

Saban? Actually sucks as a coach, see his time at Miami for proof. Nothing but a glorified recruiter.
Miles? A barely literate fool who was still riding Saban's coattails a decade after taking the job.
Orgeron? A literal caveman who just happened to luck into a great team (ok, they might be right about this one).
Payton? He sucks, the division was crappy when he won with the Saints.
Why would anyone want to coach in that state? Even if you win, you lose.

The vitriol toward Saban is because he went to Alabama. He wasn’t fired by the Dolphins, they were actually pissed he left. The Dolphins played the Saints in Tiger Stadium in 2005 (Katrina year) and he received a warm welcome. Had he stayed with in the NFL or gone some where like Penn St say after getting fired no one would hate him.
Payton I think it’s fair to criticize some of his moves towards the end, trading up in the draft to take oft injured DE from nonP5 schools for example but I don’t have a problem with him going to Denver, at least the Saints got draft picks for him.
Miles I think gets hate because he wasn’t Saban, I think 90% of the Miles criticisms are unfair. He was a good coach, just not elite, however he had stagnated and it was time for him to move on but people that say anyone could have won here are idiots. We’ve seen time and time again major programs fall off a Cliff with bad coaches. Miles fell off from NC contented to 9-3. Over time I think he’ll be more appreciated.
Ogeron is a buffoon. He was a terrible coach that managed to hold it together for one magic season. Because of his roots I think when he comes back to celebrate the 2019 he will receive a tremendous response
