Feeling very good about max tomorrow in the wet. Williams out there absolutely slaying. And Yuki has to be the story of the day.

Anytime it rains I expect Max to win.

Rain, first race of the year, and a bunch of rookies....what could possibly go wrong?

Even though we will get rain tomorrow that qualifying gave me so much excitement for the year

Lots of teams look good early and will only improve as the year goes on

Would love it if Williams can score consistently with their two drivers

When does Horner realize he screwed up going Lawson over Yuki?

He might be better off in the vcarb. I think the Red Bull is so tailored to max now it’s underivable for everyone else.

Really seems like Horner has no love Yuki.

Seems like he ignored him after he outperformed Ricardo, and then after Liam. I noticed in the DTS, which I realize is edited, that he didn't even mention Yuki as a potential to take the Red Bull seat.

It'd be fun to watch him outscore Liam this year.

I think I’m ready for Cadillac to announce Yuki.

Just checking to see if I'm missing something on the F1 TV PRO app.

(I don't have the Premium)

It seems I read somewhere on this thread that you can see radio transcripts somewhere on the app? I can't find that!

And while I'm asking, what's everyone's process for watching the race?

I usually watch it on TV, and then go back and watch/listen to the in car cams to hear what was said during the more interesting parts. I'm usually surprised at how much is Not said.

Excellent qualifying session. Awesome to see 6 rookie drivers get a seat this season. Williams could battle for 5th in the WCC this season. Look for Gasly to have a strong season.

Tuned into FP1 on Thursday night - incredible to see LH in a Ferrari.

Can't wait for the race

I think you’re right. Been of fan of Max since his day at TR. He’s the best driver on the grid. IMO, it would make sense to build car around his preference and that would get the best out of his expertise.

I said it last year and I’ll say it again. Yuki should be driving with RB besides Max.

Rumors that Ferrari gambled and changed to a wet weather set up before qualifying. Cost them time on a single lap but could benefit them in the long run if the whole race is wet.

Took my kids to the lego store to kill some time on a rainy day. Bought my first lego set in 30 years. The $230 kits looked awesome, but I ain't throwing down the cash for that.

Yeah the Lego Speed Champions line has the complete 2024 F1 grid. The 2024 cars were released March 1.

After the first race I was going to announce that the top 3 finishers of the 2025 TD F1 Championship will win a Speed Champions kit of their choice, but I might as well mention it now. Each kit is unique (the designs are different, not just the colors and stickers), over 250 parts. I haven't tried one yet, so let us know how the build goes. I will probably order one soon to sample it.

Anyone watching the F2 race? The amount of water on the track now is insane.

It's hard to imagine pushing the Right pedal when you can barely see past the front of the car.
