Based on that the tiers by manufacturer are:
Ford: RFK, Penske, SHR
Chevrolet: Hendrick, Trackhouse, Spire
Toyota: JGR, 23XI, Legacy (by default)
The three Ford tiers are close, Chevrolet is Hendrick and everyone else, and With Reddick taking that next step and Bubba starting to be better about controlling his emotions they have halved the gap to JGR for a very young organization.

When a team wins with an engine it plans to use in another race under NASCAR's rules that require most engines to be used for a second event, it must present the engine for teardown after that second event. TRD disassembled and rebuilt Hamlin's race-winning Bristol engine.

With the penalty, Hamlin drops from third to sixth in the Cup standings and his playoff points go from 21 to 11 (not including where he would/will finish in the regular-season standings).

If the Bristol win was Hamlin's only win, he wouldn't be locked into the playoffs thanks to the win. But he has two other wins. If there is any tiebreaker in regular-season points, he is considered to have two wins, not three, for tiebreaker purposes.

SVG is running 7 of the final 12 races for kaulig. Plus the 97 is going away in Xfinity as well. Definitely going cup racing next year.
