Idk about that. All we saw was the curated version of a much longer conversation and the goal was obviously to make him look as bad as possible. Even within those messages she's reciprocating at times and flirting and there's mention of how there used to not be boundaries or something to that effect. Kinda seems like there was more going on and then it ended.
I think it's disingenuous to call it harassment, but he's a high profile guy who was at least attempting to cheat on his famous wife with a subordinate. Probably not going to end well.
