Im pretty jaded when it comes to harassment claims, but damn, IF those screen shots are legit, that is blatant harassment of a subordinate and even 30 years ago would've been considered in poor taste and likely gotten you fired.
I cant imagine that Red Bull had those in front if them and verified them as authentic when they exonerated Horner. If they did, this is going to explode into an epic shitstorm.
I mean, you just cant be told numerous times by a subordinate your texts are over the line, ask that person to delete the text history numerous times and THEN tell them you jacked off thinking about them in the bathroom of a plane.
Again, IF the screen shots are legit.

What was posted is about 60 exchanges out of at least 6 months or more of correspondences. If this is all they’ve got in a 6-12 or even longer timeframe, that’s pretty weak. CH is a certified goober if these are real but if they didn’t fire him, the other evidence must have put these in a context that retaining him was plausible. If they are real and the panel didn’t have them, then that shows the motives of the accuser are not pure.
Also if you let yourself be treated that way for that 6-12 months and you don’t raise an issue until you’ve decided you’ve had enough after having a consensual relationship for so long, that’s your problem. If you sleep with your boss and then decide that you want out, you need to just leave your job. You can’t put the toothpaste back in the tube.

To summarize it’s a lot him asking her what’s she wearing, commenting on what she’s wearing wore, asking for pictures and getting rebuffed, her implying that he likes to jack off while listening to her voice and then there an implication that she was teasing him on a plane and went and finished himself in the bathroom.
There was a dick pic in there but it was not screenshotted in the messenger app like the rest so that wouldn’t make too much sense.

Will they though? F1 isn’t what it is in the UK over here in the states and the sport viewership is male dominated.
That would be like an American company that sponsors a UEFA soccer team getting up in arms over something. Nobody here is going to give a shite.

Ford was already making noise about the investigation taking too long. Oracle pays the biggest sponsorship fee in F1, they don’t want to be attached to this.
