I didn’t not expect McLaren to pull themselves together like that.

If Lando had been able to stay ahead of Oscar, I think he would have stayed closer to Max. But it looks like Max is easily going to win the grand prix.

Ferrari has fallen back to Mercedes.

The two Alpines blew the sprint. They both fell back three places at the start, but they both had good pace and were held back by Stroll. They look like they can head to yet another P9-P10 finish in the GP. At the moment they are better than Aston Martin, VCARB, and Haas.

So happy to see McLaren rocking it.

Wtf Ferrari, letting Merc overpower you.

Perez being shite as usual. Really hope McLaren continues 1/2/3 spots with Perez so far back and RB gets passed for constructors.

Perez could be replaced by anyone aside from Sargent, Zhou, or Stroll and that Red Bull would improve. I wonder if the money Perez brings in is worth finishing second in the constructors.

The ESPN broadcast was pretty bad this morning. For whatever reason they didn’t have the standings showing for the majority of the race. Had no idea on gaps or even what lap it was until the end.

Mclaren is 90 points back and has been showing consistent pace the last few races.

If both cars can remain top 5 from here on out and Perez continues with his 8+ finishes, its going to get tight come end of October.

Agreed....did not cover lots of racers...no standings compared to normal. Seems like something was majorly off.

Isn't that feed directly from f1, thought corporate was in control of all the feeds and places like sky sports only handled commentary

On the last run, only Max, Lando, and George were on used softs.

As they mentioned, Max didn't bother using any new softs in Q1.

Lando needs to chill out on the partying in Barcelona. 2nd time in 3 years he’s been ill within the week of that race.

Well at least Perez is consistent now. Consistently P8, last of the top four teams, while his teammate is consistently P1.

I expected Alpine P9 and P10, but Hulk broke up that party, and Gasly got his lap deleted.

Max is either the greatest driver of all time or Perez is just awful at this point.

Obviously truth in the middle, but I guess we get more Perez

Nothing surprising...

Verstappen
Norris

Sounds like Piastri's time is going to be deleted.

Sainz beat Leclerc who may have damaged his car...

Perez at 8th :/

Hulk coming in at 9th

Seems it was an F1 thing

I was watching on the F1 TV app, and same thing happened. Plus, both the Tracking and Data tabs stopped working a few laps in and didn't come back until late in the race.

It was a mess and really makes it a tough watch.
