Good lawd, can the admins get the serial downvoter suspended from the Nascar thread. It seems to be every weekend now.

Yeah it's getting ridiculous. I called it out a couple of weeks ago and nothing happened. Mods need to do something.

Good to see the FOX trio back in the booth, even if it's just temporary. They were a great team at their prime.

Dumb question....what is the actual purpose of putting the covers on the cars during the rain delay? Are they worried about some of the electronics getting wet?

I do wonder if rain tires would run here?

F1 is a superior product, but I’ve enjoyed tuning in for some NASCAR action this year. It feels amateur, but it still has some charm.

Why are all you F1 fans in this thread? They’re two different types of racing. It’s like being in a Boxing thread, talking about UFC being far superior or vice versa.

You don't know that dirt tires are treaded?

This race is dumb. I hope this is the last Bristol dirt race.

They should have the choose rule on restarts here… you get penalized for being 2nd and 3rd when the caution comes out

I love the idea of a dirt race. I hate that they use the same “cars” here. I think this and the All Star race is use same chasis and basic engine. Everything else is up to each individual team. Add or take away whatever.

I do not know where to have a dirt race though. Maybe Eldora? Or at some of larger dirt tracks in Midwest?

They throw cautions for every little thing and then run like 5 or more laps behind the pace car. Ridiculous.

A dirt race is going to have more spins and wall hits than a normal race. You don't need a caution for every one.
