Can someone fill me in in the team orders that Carlos ignored? I assume he was told to let Charles through?

And why was Binotto fussing at Leclerc? Charles was complaining?

Thanks

Ferrari actually told him to hold HAM back to let Chuck pull out a lead.

Chuck with a trashed wing and old hard tires was not going to pull away. No matter how awesome that pass he threw down at Copse was.

This race was so good. Not only my favorite driver won but just sheer entertainment value. What a final 10 laps.

According to Medland: Albon went to the hospital and there has been no update.

That dicing with Max actually impressed me. Mick showed he can drive and bring the car home.

Even if I would have liked it if he dumped Max in the last corner when he had the chance to.

At first glance that didn't look like much of a hit, but apparently he had some pretty good forward momentum into the wall even though has was also sliding down track.

I still gotta say he was clanking around with 40lb steel balls keeping that pig in the fight. Honestly he shoulda been back getting shoved off the track by max but he stayed right up front. He was incredible

Not saying it was Earnhardt level, but it was head on into that wall. Reminiscent of how cars can do that.

During the last few laps when they were showing these guys, I was wondering who was under more pressure, Max needing to maximize points for his championship, or Mick, who needed to score his first ever F1 points (which he could do by just finishing, he didn't need to pass Max). You know Max was going to fight. Credit to Mick for not just cruising to the finish. But it would have been more interesting if Max had been in P10 and Mick in P11 those last few laps.

Just adding my comments, I know noone cares.

- to tag on the daughter talk, my 4yo made a Fathers day poster. On it they asked her what my favorite thing to watch, she said Auto Racing. Her response was my favorite thing about the poster. Today when the action got crazy I jumped out of my seat, yelled and clapped. My daughter said I scared her.

- havent watched replays, but I think Checo should have given position back.

- I think VER should have gotten penalty on MSC. Yes Im being homer.

- For the first time in years, I found myself cheering on HAM

- Really glad for SAI to put it all together.

- So happy for double points for HAAS. Has that ever happened?

- Im the rare person that has never been a RIC fan, so of course Ill have opinion. I am a Papaya guy though. I think RIC struggles might be the path of least resistance for an American driver. Im licking my chops for the next drivers testing and seeing how they compare to RIC.

I guess I missed that. Glad Sainz ignored that then. Charles tires had 17 laps on them with the restart and Sainze was clearly immediately faster. I mean it took 5 laps for Charles tires to even warm up. Easily could have cost them the win if Sainz would have had to stay back.
