He failed to mention that he's a part owner of that company.

Part of the reason the pros play for the huge purses is the dollars advertising brings in. If you want to watch pro golf without ads it's going to be an expensive pay per view.

Sure, but it's not like these guys are going to go back to real jobs if the purses shrank.

I finally dabbled in the PGA on Fanduel. Day 1 did not go well.

Who is everyone's money going on this week?

Looking at bets this week for 1st major. The morning tee times look to have an advantage as the wind is predicted to increase as day goes on tomorrow.

Looking at these for 1st round leaders
Koepka (Started FIRE Early Last Week 3peat?)
Schauffele (DUE)
Day (23, 19, 9, 2, 1, 15, 8 last 6 PGAs)
Morikawa (Elite Ball Striker and Iron Player)
Lowry (Elite Wind Player)
Spieth (Career Grand Slam?)

Todd putting out his mind again cost me an outright 1st round leader bet with Day. I shouldn't complain about a dead heat tie win though BUT still damn that 10 footer for par on 18....

Pop open a couple beers and watch some late Tiger, Rory and JT out on the patio. Good way to spend the birthday.

All of y'all have one for me tomorrow as well

The “Eye on the Course” thing CBS does and other networks is one the biggest mutually benefit advancements in ad revenue and viewership

It’s not mutually beneficial to your viewer to use Eye on the Course to use it as an excuse to get more commercials in, while only seeing 30% of the screen and not getting context for a lot of the shots.

Finally got around to watching Tiger's round. It definitely wasn't his best or even his average ball striking round.

If he can tighten some things up I like his chances.

I'll never forget he and John Daly playing this course in 2005. What a tournament that was.

What did Brooks do yesterday to troll Bryson? I know about last week, but did he say something yesterday?

i think he said something about just going out and playing and not being all scientific about it.

I saw the clip in passing so thats not an exact quote by any stretch.

An interviewer was asking all of the players if they count calories/what they eat for each meal ( due to Bryson’s new diet). Brooks said for breakfast he has 6 eggs, 5 pieces of bacon, and 9 protein shakes. I’m assuming that’s the latest troll.

At least he’s honest. His Nike ad about the Brinks truck tweet was great when he said, “You can’t troll a troll.”

Tried to get one of those streams yesterday from reddit and porn popped up as soon as I clicked. Be careful.
