The #1 horse was the one actually impeded with, and his race was ended when the impediment happened. #13 was also impeded with much more so when #7 drifted back inside.
The #20 horse was, at best, the 4th most affected by the infraction. He has to take 1 or 2 strides off of what his line would’ve been. And he’s rewarded with a win.
But what’s your solution that makes you feel good inside? DQ the guy that did it and bump the rest up is pretty common sense and common place amongst any form of group competition

Ridiculous prices...that’s why I randomly pick some in trifecta. Superfecta at a $1 too much. I Had All 5 top finishers in random order but none hit. Guess I need to play the lottery with 20 as my main number
