They are pretty picky about that stuff. I’ve seen DQ called in lesser races that really didn’t look too bad to me.
But I’m still surprised they called it in this huge race with a huge field. Figured it would be like the last lap at Talladega. Anything goes.

The 20 wasn't impeded, but the winner absolutely impeded other horses. Can't just let that slide when it's that blatant.
