Serious question here. When packs become available, how is it decided who gets them? Is it first come first serve?

They're doing a lottery, setting a limit on how many someone can buy, limit people to one account, etc.

There has a been quite a few tweets this weekend and today from NBA players regarding TS. I wonder if dapper is doing some behind the scenes marketing with these guys to get them on board.

everyone gets a chance to sign up for the drop
if you make the cut for the packs then you get put into a random order to buy
once it's your turn you have 15 minutes to buy it
if you don't buy it you lose your spot in line and the people on the wait list take your place
this took nearly 3 hours for my last cool cats pack

Who backs TS or what kind of backing do they have?
How long do they exclusivity rights with the NBA? What's happens when that exclusivity is lost? This is digital content here
When panini eventually gets into the segment soon (they're already kind of in it), how will they be able to fend them off? If TS does for some reason go under, won't all these cards too?

Transactions go through dapper. You can fund it when you sign up or just use your card to make a purchase and it will save the card info to dapper.
