In Little League World Series, Asia-Pacific pitcher nicknamed “Big Dummy” vs Canada comes out throwing a pitch touching 80 MPH, equivalent to 104 MPH in MLB. Follows that with a 70 MPH slider.

I played against and with a kid who was throwing 80-82 and a 12 year old. He was almost un-hittable. But he was still throwing 84-85 at 18.

At our local park a kid was throwing 58 at 7 years old. He is 28 now. We had kid pitch beginning in the 7-8 year old league. Today he is on the A’s staff as a reliever. Threw 91 in HS, 98 in college, and 101 max in the league.

Why do the Asian teams always show up with big kids but the adults are mostly small?

If you think that kid is12, you are crazy. He’s at least 14.

Didn’t Chinese Taipei get banned from the LLWS after winning something like 15 in a row because they ran their baseball academy like a concentration camp?

Chad Ogea when he played for South Lake Charles All Stars. You couldn't even see the ball when it left his hand. We all knew he would pitch in the majors one day.

Took the words right out of mouth.

Kids shouldn't even think about throwing breaking stuff until they hit 14(high school age).

Kid's elbow is gonna be spaghetti by the time he's 18.
