I understand the whole “have to survive the ground” part of catching the ball now.
But if a receiver catches the ball, lands inbounds, goes out of bounds, he still has to survive a defender knocking the ball away?

I've seen it a few different ways. Usually if it's obviously after the play it doesn't matter. Think the bobble is what caused that to be incomplete

I thought it was a catch but the ref immediately called it no catch, the rules guy was immediate, and review upheld.
