You were telling anyone who’d listen that Tiger was never going to be competitive again, weren’t you?

Scheffler is completely innocuous and the most dry, vanilla individual imaginable but I irrationally root against him.
You're not alone, brother. Welcome to the club.

ESPN with Tiger on top of the +1s even though he was last in

Schefler is gonna come back to the pack a little bit. It's gonna be 48 when the first group comes out tomorrow w/10 MPH winds. It'll be 55-56 by the middle of the day but the winds are gonna pick up to 15 MPH sustained.
And there are showers over the course right now, that's gonna soften up the course some for tomorrow.

I remember watching my first Masters too

Thursday was amazing. One of the best days ever and getting to spend it with my dad made it even better.
The course is amazing. The elevation? looking down 10? unreal.
It poured over night and was really foggy/misty on the way to the course. We stayed on a lake outside of town and that was really nice as well. Our host had been to 60 Masters since 1959.
We got there early and got a chair on the rope on the green on #2 and watched most everyone come through there. We were right on the walk way so all the players walked right past s to get to #3 tee. That was cool. Not many great shots that day on #2 as pin placement was tough and hole was playing long but still awesome. Saw Reed's wife hanging out there waiting on him to play.
The weather cleared up finally and it heated it up a bit in the sun. The weather did 180 degree turn in 10 minutes.
Walked around some and ate/drank a bit after that and then moved and watched #11 from the woods for an hour or so. I didn't realize there was concessions and bathrooms up there in the woods on #11. Had no clue.
Made our way to the bleachers on #4 tee where we watched #13 green. Saw Lowry make the eagle. We sat in the next to top row with the top row being VIP. Nobody was up there really and then Manfred, MLB Commish, with his green jacket on came up with a few buddies and sat right behind us. I asked him if he was going to braves opener and he said he was.
Then moved over to #16. The crowd was pretty enormous there at this point. Saw Tiger make the birder. Cam Smith and Bryson both hit really good shots.
Finished it off at #7 watching the late players come through. That green is so small, amazing. My dad was talking to this man from England. They were chatting it up for awhile and my dad asked him if he was alone and he said no, his son was there and pointed to the green (Fitzpatrick). So that was cool. He was a really nice guy.
Watched a few more holes on the way out. Hit the store up. 10 hours out there made for a long day but I'd love to do it again every year.
Saw Jay Bilas. He's hard to miss. Saw Jack and Tom Watson and their wives eating lunch by the club house. The Shark was there too at another table.
It was really muddy in some spots and not at all in others. They were constantly putting down that green sand to help with the muddy grounds. You could hear those machines pulling water out of the course under you early in the day.
I think I saw most of the holes but maybe 2-3 but we did see almost all the players. Only decent player I didn't lay eyes on was Reed.
Chairs and getting off your feet are crucial. Sitting for a few hours to start the day definitely allowed us to stay longer with dad being up there in age.
BBQ sandwich was the best of the bunch imo with the club being #2. Fruit was good, muffins were good.
I want to go back.

Pairings now out, Kisner and Woods will be paired together tomorrow. DJ/Na, Zalatoris/Morikawa, Bubba/Sergio will be grouped together as well. Those should be fun to watch.

Only on TD can you get downvoted for providing good analysis and explaining your position. Here, have an upvote to balance out the idiot who DV'd you. Good breakdown on the layout for tomorrow and if Scottie can power through with the earlier golfers getting softer conditions.
