This whole thread is so bizarre. I can only assume this is some sort of ponzi scheme in which she is selling essential oils, vitamin d or some other covid snake oil to other desperate women from her house.

Cam girl or blogger is another good guess

Hire a money manager Bro, if you lose her money she's going to divorce you.

Thank you for the input. We are going to be very careful for the remainder of the year.

We believe that if we do the same thing we are doing now a year from now, it could dry up. She will still make money, but not what we are doing now. We will have to be adaptive to get to the next level, which she is doing now...getting feelers out there.

Maybe I will come back to the board in a year for an update. You all can congratulate us on success then or laugh at and celebrate our failure.

Well when the original wave ends, the only next logical step is anal vids.

Just tell us what she’s doing already.

A nicer house would increase your business and it just started booming and it’s a side business?

This guy is trolling. No one who is making 400-500k thinks it’s a good idea to do anything this guy is saying. I don’t care if you started making 400-500k out the blue and didn’t grow into it.

Dry up meaning not expanding. She will still make 6 figures easily, but we are concerned it will not grow anywhere near the rate then than it is now.

Don't worry, quitting is the last thing I want to do, unless we have all debts paid off and a huge chunk in the bank.

I don’t blame him. Keeping personal info off of here no matter how mundane is good internet hygiene. That includes starting this thread in the first place by the way

I am contacting my financial advisor next week to break the news. I expect them to pitch mutual funds, stocks, discussion of house upgrade, etc. I wanted to get ideas from the common LA guy on here, as many are smart with their money no matter the income they bring in.

She made over $2K yesterday which is not the best yet. 45 days ago we would have thought a day lije that would have been a dream, but anything less than $1500 a day now is considered an "off day". Her prospects are abundant.

Honestly, you don't need to do anything. Just support your wife and watch the bank account grow.

Don't change spending habits, don't quit your job and just keep on living.

If a year goes by and she is still consistently making that kind of money then you can revisit.

Making big life moves after some money starts rolling in is a rookie move and why you see so many people go broke because they have no idea how to handle money.

My advice is to refrain from spending money on unnecessary largesse.

The saying that a penny saved is a penny earned is not quite correct...it's more like a penny saved equals a penny and a half earned.
