Shares of Roku Inc. (ROKU) are up more than 2% in premarket trading Thursday after Needham analyst Laura Martin upped her price target on the stock to $400 from $315.

I don't want to dissuade you bc I don't know your specific portfolio or outlook but people have been saying this for months now and all the market has done is gone higher. Time in the market is better than timing the market, always.
