The sooner they uplist to NASDAQ the better. The CSE is the wild wild west and not nearly as monitored. The NASDAQ has its issues, but there are far less of them by comparison.
A bit disappointed there are no updates on that front, but happy with most everything else they have done lately.

Isnt there a minimum price it has to hole for a certain amount of time before its eligible to be listed? I thought it was like $4 for 60 days.

No, that is not a hard rule, there are other triggers like market cap that also play a role. There is no "rule" holding them back, there are other factors causing delays that we can only speculate about. Their prerogative to play it close to the vest on the delays, but does not mean some of us investors can't be disappointed in the situation.
Again - I'm happy with where we are overall, but this piece of the story is disappointing in the moment.
