But if that is indeed the needle that she has been threading for the last few months, that's pretty savvy.

I'm sure she has plenty of business/tax/law advisors telling her what she needs to do and when. It's just a matter of trying to do it all in the right order and what to do if the stock price drops to low, and what if something leaks, etc...

Did you see her latest presentation at Needham? Pretty impressive.

It seems to me that we have had other companies with young and inexperienced CEOs become pretty successful. Zuckerberg, Musk, Gates, Jobs, etc, were all inexperienced when they became CEOs. I think KB is doing fine. We just need to be patient. We don't know if the delays are from incompetence/inexperience or just government bureaucracy. But I for one, am willing to wait it out.

A little. You're right, the BS is coming fast and furious. "Look, Kjirstin on a yacht! She's making a deal! They'll announce the deal later today and stock will be $50/shr on Thursday!". "I'm going to go buy a Lambo this weekend!". "This stock will be $3000 by the end of 2027. Take that to the bank.".

There are some very knowledgeable people there, but mostly there are sunshine pumpers. Hard not to get a little excited, but they do tend to be a little over optimistic over there...

Small news…

quote:

AUSTIN, Texas, June 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HydroGraph Clean Power Inc. (HGRAF.NaE) (“HydroGraph” or the “Company”) today announced the promotion of Dr. Suhao Li to Chief Technology Officer. In this role, Dr. Li will lead HydroGraph’s global technology, innovation strategy, research and development, product commercialization, intellectual property, and process scale-up initiatives, driving the Company’s long-term competitive position. Dr. Li joined the Company in 2024, serving as Laboratory Director at the Company’s Manchester, U.K. site, located in the Graphene Engineering and Innovation Centre (GEIC). Previously, he was a senior scientist in advanced materials at Versarien, plc, where he contributed to the development and commercialization of graphene-enabled technologies across a broad range of applications, including plastics, composites, elastomers, coatings, lubricants, conductive inks, and aerogels for a range of commercial and defense industry applications. He holds a PhD in Materials Science from the National Graphene Institute at the University of Manchester, where his research focused on graphene-enhanced elastomer composites. “Dr. Li has transitioned HydroGraph’s innovation programs from pure science to commercial application driven by customer development engagements across diverse global end markets,” said Kjirstin Breure, President and Chief Executive Officer of HydroGraph. “His approach to rigorous development has demonstrated how high-purity, batch-consistent graphene provides critical performance improvements across both commercial and defense applications. His leadership has been instrumental in positioning HydroGraph to be a supplier for graphene in real-world applications.”

I read Li’s bio. Very impressive. Here’s hoping management maybe the spark needed. No pun intended :)

Here’s hoping management and the board allocate capital to execute his plans.

Great synopsis of the discord chatter from earlier this morning. As hard as it is to not put every dollar in AI right now, I’m continuing to slowly build out my position and bought another 170 shares this week. LINK

Ditto. I bought enough shares semi-early on (when price was just under $1) that I don't really need any more. I have bumped the count up a little, but have pretty much left it alone.

There is nothing about this company that screams "BUY" from a technical perspective, but those of us who have held on to the stock know what we're looking for, and the subtle signs are percolating to the top.

Right now, it looks like they are deliberately holding off on making announcements until after the redomicile and are trying to bundle the announcements around the NASDAQ listing. That should lead to the price doubling, and possibly much more - depending on much graphene they are contracted to produce.

I mean, if they announce the redomicile, gas contract, the production facility progress, the NASDAQ listing, and a research grant from the DoE/DoW, then the price will likely more than double even before they announce any contracts. All of those events are appearing to be inevitable, and could be forthcoming any day, now.

Exciting times.

Good luck to you

I hope you do well with ZETA, but I selfishly hope you look back in a couple of years like Paul Allen is now looking back on NBIS

Damn, weren't you just buying the other day?

I was gonna say, I hope this doesn't come back to haunt you, but that would be self defeating...

Best of luck. Hopefully, ZETA and HGRAF both go to the moon.

yes I got out up 110% overall which I am very happy with obviously. I made good money. I’m drinking the ZETA kool aid and the HGRAF proceeds helped me get to 25% position so thanks to all of you here for that boost.

I’m down to 4 tickers now and probably won’t trade again for the rest of the year. I have a hard and fast rule on this account of not adding capital, keeps me from chasing

Well i sold off 2/3 of my position 1 month ago at 4.84.
i just bought back 1/3 at 4.82 so a wash. i was hoping for 4.60 but im scared to wait any longer. I know we probably have a few more months before any significant news but if this thing doubles without me i would be sick.

Look at what just happened with STI (Solidon Tech)
They went from $4.75 to $30.00 last week when they posted their first ever quarterly revenue. They are a battery company.

I think we will do this at a minimum soon after we list NASDAQ
Im still holding some powder since we arnt supposed to list until Sept.

I think you're right.

Redomicile
Gas contract
Production Facility announcement
Hyperion buildout update
NASDAQ listing

The above announcements will double it. The ones below are what will make it go to $30 and beyond. I'm reasonably certain the first 5 things will happen by this fall. The last two are where things get foggy.

DoE/DoW colaberation
Sales contracts of any size
