Agreed.

We see this differently. I think they need this expertise to make the 1000 ton contract (and commensurate capacity) happen. $250 million deals don't grow on trees.
I will be very happy if you are right and I am wrong about this.

My overriding point is - you know who is acting like the Hyperion process is still risky? HGRAF is.
Concise. Well done. A skill I wish I had.
I do believe we will hit $10 before we list on the Nasdaq even if this company never makes a dime.
It’s risky to buy and it’s risky to sell.

Got people arguing over the validity of this company. Can't we all just be happy it finished a Friday up over $6?

Definitely need more sunshine pumped in here.

So far, the management team has been rockstars, in their respective areas. They also seem to have a good grip on which positions need to be hired and when. Swedebabe is not going to run the day-to-day manufacturing or change the oil on the forklift. I would guess a rockstar COO will be hired when it's time to get crewed up. He will know some good talented folks and bring them on.
This is not the Our Gang kids trying to run a billion-dollar corporation.
ETA: They have 6 positions open in Austin and one in Manchester listed on their webpage.

Got you, fam.
I am extremely happy with a strong close to the week, especially during such a couple of bloody days in the market. I would have been very concerned if we dipped below $5 as that could jeopardize the uplisting. But today showed a lot of strength and gives me much confidence we’ll stay above $5 (if not well above $5) for the foreseeable future.
In reading between the lines in recent interviews, I also think HG has chosen to intentionally stagger news every couple of weeks during the uplisting process to keep momentum smooth and positive.
Yes we’re all aware we have to actually produce and sell graphene now. These aren’t new concerns. It just means we’re finally getting past some of the other issues where we can even start talking about producing and selling graphene.
Great problem to have. I remain very bullish

PS: I did let their shareholder relations guy Matt, know that there is a college sports message board with a finance section. I told him a bunch of 'necks, mostly from Gulf Coast states, have bought a bunch of shares and discuss HGRAFT regularly. I told him where we could be found, but do not know if he has joined, lurked, or done nothing.
If he ever joins and posts I’m sure some asses will be sure to tell him he doesn’t know shite and is larping.

I don’t anything to add to this fine discussion other than a
.
It’s been a good week here in the HGRAF thread.

Who has successful experience managing startups or new product development?
Go to their website and read the Bios of their BoD and Executive team. Most Execs have been involved with start ups and product development at some level or come from a scientific/industrial background.
If you want to argue their experience is more in IT than manufacturing, that’s valid, but Wilkinson’s history is nothing but start ups and the rest have experience in supply chain, operations, start up finance, DoD work, etc.
Not trying to split hairs but if anything start up experience isn’t an issue. Bios are fluff but I’m not sure what you’re looking for.

Finding a project manager, ops manager, and start up manager in the Austin and/or greater Houston area is not in my top 10 concerns. I get its yours, that's fine, but given the current situation it's down the ladder for.me.

I just don’t understand the negativity but again I am not a day trader, so I guess it goes with the territory in order to be successful at that.
I will say that even if this company never make a dime of profit the IP and patents are worth over $10 a share at a minimum so I still don’t understand the hesitation because this company would be acquired at a minimum

Actually, it's not. Project and operations managers are nearly a dime/dozen. I think the glaring hole in their leadership team is product/business development, and in the end, given Hyperion appears to be the real deal, that function is what'll make us all very happy (or not) as investors.

I did that. And then I researched each element of their bios, meaning how did the company do under their leadership.
And to be clear about something - my contribution to this thread seems to be perceived by some as overly negative, but that isn’t the intent. The exchange you and I have had (along with a few others) is actually pretty normal and healthy discussion for a thread like this.
I’m a believer in HGRAF. I own 10K shares and made that investment based largely on the information and ideas that have been shared here. This thread is a resource.
I’ve also been involved in a few ventures similar to what HGRAF is attempting - early-stage commercialization/business development, once within a business unit of a large conglomerate, once for a company that for two years was the fastest growing chemical company in the world, and lastly as an entrepreneur. Experience has taught me that it pays to question everything… and then question it again.
That’s how I make my best investments, and I suspect that’s not a unique approach amongst posters in this thread given the number of guys bought into HGRAF here.

For those that have not heard the back story to the actually discovery by Dr Sorensen I have posted a link below. You can fast forward about 10 mins in if you want to listen to the eureka moment.
Can imagine how he felt when saw it was Graphene under the microscope!

Always good to see counterpoints in assessing investments.
I know that I’m trying not to get too excited and buy a dump truck of this knowing that it’s still a speculative play.
Reading Kevin Bs tweets on the daily can get you really pumped about this thing
