What’s the worse that can happen? 18 months at a tennis resort?

I don’t know one way or the other, but I don’t think we can assume it is fact Cohen himself has acted illegally.

In a just world the sec would force them to unwind their position immediately, triggering the short squeeze.

I’d also settle for a buyout at let’s say 3000 per share. I’m not greedy.

Is there not a duty to fill orders by the brokerages at the best price?

frick that, send them to Angola

Maybe something will change about criminal justice if we handed out equal prison sentences. Pretty sure Dave Chappelle did a sketch on that

Is something going on with AAL now?

It was simply moving a lot today based on earnings, and their losses being less than expected.

So now it seems like they're going to restrict certain stocks from being bought when they think there's a short squeeze attempt or perhaps a stock with poor fundamentals starts moving. NEITHER OF THOSE THINGS ARE ILLEGAL. Which is fricking bullshite.

So what exactly is supposed to happen tomorrow? I am holding 100 shares. When does the "squeeze" occur and what happens? Stock through the roof then I bail??

I can't figure out if that's just a regular margin call or what but it's unfortunate they sold the shares at the bottom lol

Well they changed margin for those specific stocks so..... They woulda known the changed in margin and how much they would cause to sell as it went down.

It’s most likely a margin call. Still bullshite they are performing them when the stock is being suppressed by robinhood itself.

What was their margin call? If they are under they can be issued a margin call but I thought they couldn't sell your stock until you went a week without getting your equity up or your call down (by selling stock)

I don’t trade because I am a retard with high school level of understanding

Has robinhood ever stopped buying to protect their users before? I am under the impression that RH acted more as a bookie than a broker

I am sure plenty of people have lost their arse and RH didn’t give two shits about it.
