Is this thing headed to the bottom? Any hope for a recovery?

I was in San Fran walking past the Salesforce building and saw what looked to be someone gardening. As it was a Sunday during the Bay to Breakers race, I thought ‘Wow, What a hard worker since they are working on a Sunday during the big race’. The guy was a homeless man shitting in the garden. That’s all I got on Salesforce.

It's on my watchlist. Without looking it up it is at 30-month lows or something about that.
If this isn't the bottom, it will do. I'd like to see something positive before jumping in. The P/E is blow 19. That's all I got.

I bought CRM a few months ago and sold for small profits. I’ve been a bag holder on NOW since last year but recently started selling, at a loss, to invest in other stocks. I still think software will rebound this year, probably after I sell all my shares.

I usually have that effect on equities as well.

I use it a lot, but it's starting to become obsolete for me. I'd be shocked if it's still around in 5 years.

Same. I've had tremendous luck with indexes. I should probably stick to that.

The only thing stopping AI from taking over now is the leaders who pay for CRM's to be able to track.

Using AI for CRM sounds great, but it will come with a price. (It might be free, or relatively cheap now, but these LLM providers will eventually need to make money too, LOTS of it)
The biggest question to me is this: Will there be more value in paying for AI or just paying for Salesforce?
I’m betting on Salesforce. Maybe I’m wrong, but the profits and guidance are still strong today, that’s a fact.

You can vibe code a solid CRM in about an hour.
Once its coded, you don't have to worry about token costs.

I’m betting on Salesforce.

I’ll admit, I’m not experienced in that area. I just keep going back to if it’s really that easy to disrupt Salesforce, why are they still growing and guiding for 10% annual? It feels like Salesforce has a higher value proposition than AI can offer their customers.
I just see a strong business that is extremely oversold, given the metrics. Could it turn like the market is betting? Sure
