I’m holding at $34. This is a huge portion of my portfolio and I’ve had my finger on the trigger all day to sell 25% but decided to hold and pray.
Let’s ride, fellas

I’m also holding calls and shares through earnings. If OUST burns me, so be it.
7 contracts of $50 strike 8/21s for calls
Shares at $30.74 average, didn’t sell at initial pop to $60+. I’ve held these since April and been adding to the position over time. Initial purchase was at $24.60

Don’t want to clog this thread since ER is tomorrow, but this filing came through a few minutes ago. You can sign up for them via email on the Ouster website.
To translate the filing, this is what occurred:
OUST Form 4: COO Darien Spencer sold 30,000 shares (~$1.35M at $45/share) but still owns 299,806 shares (about 91% of his holdings). Most importantly, the sale was executed under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan established on Nov. 18, 2025, meaning it was pre-scheduled nearly 9 months ago and wasn’t a discretionary sale made ahead of tomorrow’s earnings.

Oust is 11% of my portfolio and my 3rd largest holding. I only hold 4-5 stocks at a time - and try to pick stocks I want to hold long term and have a larger position on them. I may have 1 or 2 small positions that I plan to turn for a quick profit, but I find it's far less stressful and maybe even more profitable to have only stocks you understand and believe in.

He got out of FIVN 2 weeks ago. Thinks some product OpenAI released points to all frontier AI's disrupting growth.

To be abundantly clear, I still think Five9 is cheap for the business that it is, and I still think it can rerate on earnings, and I also think its infrastructure potentially makes it an interesting acquisition candidate for OpenAI or other frontier labs, but my objective here was not trade the earnings or an acquisition, my thesis was to play a significant rerating over time, and this disrupts that thesis.

Pivoted away from lidar to more of an optical AI company. (Think SIVE)
Ouster discord has some good discussion on AEVA from this AM.
