Hard to argue with that, but there’s a little room to run to maybe $39k, maybe $40 if it gets overshot. Then back down. At this point that chap has to be filled and I’m thinking it’s 24k and not 30k. We avoided that level last time.

I think the wild card right now is what will Brandon’s handlers prepare for him to read on digital assets. Supposedly they are working on something. As discussed ad nauseam though we are too far down the road to stop. That said, they can still put out something that will freak people out and will need to be overturned by another administration. We’ll see.

It does feel that way.

If I listen to the people smarter than myself, then they say a couple more months of this, but they're wrong as much as they're right, so I continue to hodl and DCA. The macro environment is just too murky to really tell which way things will go in the medium term.

I was fully expecting the quick bounce to retract at some point today but I think you could be right here. Fed seeing how fricked the markets are on the sheer rumor of faster and more hikes so they could be coming out with some dovish outlook.

The buying today was pretty strong

As Saylor and others like him say, your short term view should be 4 years and long term is never. Never sell of course!

Only if people keep up the damn self fulfilling prophesy. It ain’t like BTC looks inherent value every 4 years, then starts to regain it 3 years later . People just decide to because “4 year cycle”

Started messing with these Node projects.

Got into Power Node and Thor Financial. Read the white paper on both.

Thor is on AVAX and Power is on FTM.

Something is wrong with me. Market tanks and I degen into this stuff

The emissions rate of BTC halves every 4 years, and hashing difficulty typically increases as people bring on more nodes to keep making money. The halvenings do change the network and, therefore, the value.. imo.

I just made an account on Uphold and bought some coins. Do I need to find a separate wallet or is my crypto already in a wallet being in uphold?

Gambling typically isn’t a sound retirement strategy.

I could be wrong, but most of us aren't "gambling" retirement. If he's like most of us, we already contribute enough to traditional retirement options and use excess money to put in crypto to maybe gain some years on retirement.

this is the way, some more than others.

Everything outside of my company match 401k, my HSA, and a state match 529 plan for my kids goes into bitcoin. And I feel much better about my bitcoin investment 20 years from now than I do my stock investments.
