I think the market is waiting to see what happens in the next few weeks.
1.) NBIS Earnings Report
2.) Rate cuts by the Feds
3.) Tariff deals
Item 1 is the most important, but the other two could influence the volatility of the ER.
If the earnings report is solid (with guidance indicating agressive expansion plans), and we follow up with rate cuts and a stable tariff environment, it could be a perfect storm.

Earnings announced for 21 August.
And guess what, Q3 will likely be 20-21 November!
Look forward to the 13F deadline in mid August where all institutions must disclose holdings.

Very low volume, almost half the daily average. Just need a little pick me up and this thing could fly. Hoping tomorrow is the day. Fridays and Mondays have been good for this stock in the past

if this goes to 50B valuation, my retirement is set for future. if this goes to 100B, i retire right now

I was going to say the opposite. Less than 3 bucks spread between the high and low? That's pretty smooth sailing for NBIS.
Monday was crazy...

I’m under the impression that was the date announced for its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
Some out there saying premarket August 4th will be earnings.
Where are you getting your source?

Or, maybe that is JUST the AGM and no earnings report??
Earnings could be the day before like it has been on the 20th every quarter this year?

Definitely needs to be before that date. Benzinga seems to think August 4 with estimates of -42 cents per share on revenue of $93.72 million

FWIW, March to April was 24.5%

If that is true, then revenue is up year over year by 375% and earnings ill beat expectations.
I think that is an excellent report, considering NBIS has a reputation of not meeting EPS estimates.
Right now, NBIS just needs to meet expectations. I think Clickhouse and Toloka might end up being the catalyst that lights this thing off. I would like to see announcements for new data centers for 2026 along with plans to scale up existing data centers. I'm not asking too much, am I?

Which looks great against the 750M to 1B guidance....as more capacity continues to become available every month.

Sorry, forgot the negative sign (-) when I posted it. I don't think we see a profit until Q3 earnings

I knew what you meant. That's why 42 is better than 45...

Not specifically NBIS, but a positive, nonetheless... Per Seeking Alpha article on Grok 4 breakthrough,
quote:
Summary
AI progress is driven primarily by scaling compute and data, not by new algorithms, as shown by Grok 4's performance leaps.
xAI's rapid catch-up with Grok 4 illustrates how access to GPUs enables even small teams to compete at the frontier of AI.
Hyperscalers are incentivized to over-order GPUs to avoid falling behind, fueling an arms race in AI infrastructure investment.
Nvidia stands to benefit most from this surging demand for GPUs, making it a key play on the ongoing AI scaling trend.
