We lower our FY25 revenue estimates by c.2% to reflect the latest quarter performance. Further, we lower our FY26 revenue estimates by c.43% to reflect our updated view on accounting the prepayment component of the MSFT deal. That said, we see an underlying stronger demand environment than hitherto, and we further include revenue contributions from the META deal with continued robust momentum in the core AI business (where NBIS remains capacity constrained). As such, for FY27-30 we raise our topline estimates between 15%-32% due to our updated phasing assumptions around the MSFT contract in tandem incremental revenues from the META deal. Similarly, our gross profit estimates change between -16% to 7% across our forecast period, reflecting changes to topline. As such, our EBIT estimates change between -115% to +197%, due to our topline and GM and opex assumptions (in particular, our updated assumptions around the cadence of D&A expenses).
And thus FY26 revenue is now $3.76B, down from $6.63B previous estimate
FY27 is $7.65B, up from $5.80B previous estimate
There’s your report.

This board is dead quiet when the stock slips. I’m not selling a damn share here. If lower, I’ll be glad to buy yours.

Hope this kind of news is enough to get iT and bb88 back in the mix.

BB88 and IT_Dawg. I miss those dudes. IT_Dawg didn't sign off, but I think he's taking a break.
I know we lost today, but something in my gut tells me its turning soon. I think we'll go up BEFORE Nvidia's earnings. I thought today we'd see some good news, and it touched green a couple of times. I think the ice is starting to break. Too much money is being invested in data centers to keep ignoring this...

Hopefully we get a boost from nvda earnings. I think we see a slight rebound next week. Bought a few shares on the way down and a few February options. Crazy week. Hope most holding large options positions got out

You know guys, the sky isn’t falling. Earnings week sucked balls. So did the week before. Did I lose money? frick yeah I did.
But it wasn’t our company. It was the market, along with some shithead named Micheal Burry. Also our competition having a shitty CEO and a company totally in debt.
But we learned the company we believe in is projected to earn way more earnings than previously thought.
The future is bright.
So go sit in the corner of your room and listen to the song “everybody hurts”, then pull up your big boy pants and get ready for the next opportunity.
Because I guarantee 6 months from now, the thought of you being upset that this stock is $85 will be laughable.
AI is this decades bitcoin, and you guys are involved in the infancy of this technology. I truly believe this.
Even GrandPappy Buffet agrees with this idea by buying into Google. Also, options can be great and also suck. We just got reminded of that.
I see napkins and Earls in our future. Keep the faith brothers.
We’ll all be on IT Dawgs yacht one day! Till then, we fight the good fight.
Viva NBIS!!

Still feeling very good about the long term.
It’s hard to stomach weeks like this past one. Sentiment has turned negative on AI trade. Almost impossible to do anything about it. It’s only temporary so hang in there friends.

The plan, the execution, and the product are all stellar and still the same as they were when I bought into this. If anything, it is accelerating.
Market sentiment. I maintain that if more AI companies were run as well as NBIS, the market sentiment would be much better. In time, the contenders will separate themselves from the pretenders and the money will follow.
I think that earnings week did suck and someone asked what can be done to move the needle if 8x revenue doesn't do it. I would expect that announcements on increased capacity will validate NBIS guidance. I think a lot of analysts question whether they can grow that much. They need to announce to the public the specifics of how they plan to achieve that.
If they convince investors that they can reach those goals, the money will come.

It's nice to see it turn around a bit, although we all know the bottom can fall out at any time.
You are right, though. Holding shares should pay off - and its probably not going to be a straight line to profitability...

So much for that lol, this sector can’t catch a break
Unfortunately I think as long as Bitcoin goes down, we go down. Bitcoin is shitting the bed.
