Nebius’ exact plans for the site are not clear, but Nebius does operate a 300-megawatt data center in Vineland, New Jersey, and a 5-megawatt data center in Kansas City owned by Patmos. Nebius did not reply to a request for comment by press time.
The land totals 79.33 noncontiguous acres. It includes the former Regions Lakeshore Operations Center, vacant adjoining lots and an undeveloped parcel previously owned by The UAB Research Foundation.

Yeah, I bought a couple November 130 calls on the dip this morning and couldn't allow myself to hang onto them. 20+% profit in a few hours. Had to take the money.

Are we expecting any pull back from today? I was about to buy another 500 shares and this $10 jump today has me holding out.
