It seems it’s fortunes lie more heavily on bitcoin performance due to mining operations focus.
PS: I almost jumped in yesterday thinking BTC is due a turnaround.

That just shows to go you that this stock is still not anywhere close to a household name. It is performing well in spite of its relative anonymity.
Nobody mispronounces Nvidia anymore. Imagine what the stock price will be for NBIS if it has 1/10 the name recognition as Nvidia.

Very well might not be - but when an analyst has to raise the PT 50% from $16 to $24 to still be 40% under trading price - I do not put a lot of weight in the analyst.

Sucks seeing it red AF but day to day hardly matters with this stock. It's going to keep making big jumps every few weeks.

If you are adding shares for long term, I wouldn't wait for a "number". We have earnings reports, data center announcements, new hyperscaler contracts, etc, all coming up in the near future and likely to drive this stock up big. The stock price is down. Is it going to go further? I don't know, but the risk of being left at the dock is greater than the reward of getting another buck off your share price and the $400 you would save.
I would not wait over night. The big risk is that you go to bed thinking that the you're going to buy in the morning and find out that the price is $30 higher than the last time you checked it.
