I semi self mine. My BIL is a real estate agent so I let him handle all that and I have a good handyman that will take care of my needs when they arise if I don’t feel like fooling with it (usually don’t). Other than that I’m on deck lol

I own my own home and rent out half of it to help pay the mortgage. I don't have many assets.

I make a killing doing lease purchases on modular homes...I have 3, working on a 4th. Own 10 acres of land and a commercial building as well.
