I probably wouldn’t be that concerned. Unless it’s like a major 2008 crash a home along those lines will usually move. It’s the big homes that tend to sit.

Good houses sell instantly, meh houses sit. If you took good care of your house, no issues. Simple as that.

I put my house on the market about 2 months ago. Don't really care if I sell it, but it is too big for just me. The realtor gave me a price where we were going to list it at. I told her if that's what it's worth, then that's the price. To not bring me any offers under that number.
It has been shown twice in two months, and the realtor has not contacted me in over a month.
