You are correct, of course. I got off to a late start as a saver but learned about dollar cost averaging, compound interest and Jefferson was on the two. I was not one of those Country Club kids that had the clout, never a drought.

In a nutshell, yes, when more shares are issued at a lower price, the price per share naturally drops, regardless of market movement.
I’m not sure if the charts I’m using are up to date or not. I’ll do some digging this weekend to see just how much of our recent dip was trading and how much, if any, was dilution from the Koch shares

Germany volume was decent (for those cucks at least), which was one factor dragging this down. All other lithium stocks down big this AM as well.
