Ugh and SLI said in their last PR that they were not going to respond again to the Blue Orca report, so if this is just left hanging out there unresponded to then it could get ugly (even more ugly than the current price).

I feel like they are going to have to go back on that promise not to respond to the report again, and provide the market much clearer data on how they are getting to 90% extraction rate.

Blue Orca's response literally just restated things from their initial article.

Complete nonsense. Doubling down on Lanxess statement from Q1 of this year that the process hasn't been proven yet as evidence that it isn't proven now, 9 months later.

They say that the reported "all lithium chloride sent for reinjection" is somehow indicative of the volume of lithium chloride sent for reinjection.

They try to say "the output of lithium chloride" means any and all LiCl; in reality, output references the output. Which is product removed from the plant. If the LiCl is simply collected in wash tanks that are part of the process then reinjected into the tailbrine stream without actually leaving the process, it is not plant "output". I intend to call AOGC to verify this.

I’m mostly out. I made damn good money on this one, and I’m deeply grateful to Smack for bringing this one in here.

Sold enough to get my cost basis out and secured a little profit. Planning on adding when we reverse course. Bummed... I loved reading this board on the way to $12 but reminding myself of the reality of the stock market. This story is far from over on this stock though. Turns out that Canadians really are pussies.

Sold the majority of my position at the open after holding thru last week. Believe in the company, but not in the short term with an assumed continued attack from Blue Orca. Really enjoyed the ride, will be really interesting to see how it all shakes out in the next 12-18 months.

And again thanks to all those who contributed. Has been hugely beneficial for me and I’m sure countless others who have followed along with the thread but not contributed much.
