Plant based burders and sausage.
IPO went on the market Thursday.
Opened at $25 and closed at $65.75

Friend of mine brought it up the other day, but I didn't get a chance to look at it. He made a nice chunk yesterday. In and out.

Trading like a tech stock. For anyone that likes to short, this seems like a clear win. Ridiculous valuation multiples for a CPG.

Opened at 25 for early investors, and 45 for market?

I’ve eaten an impossible burger, which I think is their competitor, at Windrush Grill in Shreveport. It’s a decent burger that could fool most of us into thinking it’s meat. And I was able to come home and go for a walk afterward, without that full of fat feeling.

They say people have driven from neighboring states to eat it at Windrush, which is the only restaurant with it in the region (until Burger King takes off with it). The waitress said it is their 1st or 2d best seller out of several burger choices.

The demand is certainly there for this type product. Whether that justifies the stock price is another issue,

Nope but I bought ZM the day of it’s ipo and I’m totally optimistic about the stock and the company.
And unlike Bynd, ZM is already profitable.

Interesting. It’s not beef but it’s good if you need the meat and fat flavor. Some of their other stuff is very good also.

Same here. Tasted better than a turkey burger and probably a 97% lean burger.

There’s a good Freakonomics episode on Impossible Meats from a few months back if anyone is interested. LINK

They are having trouble maintaining supply. Appears to be room for beyond burgers atm.

The ingredients are terrible. Not healthy for you from my understanding.
