she was framed

OJO was never hit by a vehicle

How do you find out these places exist before getting raided?
Asking for a friend.

If it is late at night or early in the morning and there are several pick up trucks in the parking lot of the strip mall where one of these establishments are located, then they probably aren't just a massage parlor.
I can't believe I just read this whole thread. I think you'd be doing her a favor by asking if you can be frank with her. Then ask her a question if she's explored medical or dental issues that could be causing her bad breath issue. Just say you don't mean to insult her but hope that she is seeing if it's something that is easily curable.

Her brother represented Kevin Albert in a self defense case about 30 years ago. That's the only connection I've ever seen.

Jackson pointed to a message that a purported relative of Jennifer McCabe — Albert’s sister-in-law — allegedly sent to the blog Turtleboy, which has promoted theories that Read was framed.

Read’s lawyers held up a print-out of the exchange, which shows the blogger asking about a connection to Cannone. McCabe’s relative allegedly responded, “Auntie Bev??? Whose seaside cottage do you think we’re gonna bury your corpse under?”

Jackson also cited a 2022 Venmo payment for a beach house rental that allegedly referenced Cannone, though the judge pointed out that the name “Beverley” in the payment description did not match her spelling. Moreover, she said she has never rented out her Cape Cod home.

One thing we figured out is that even if inflationary impacts recede, prices will never go down. Dealers got used to higher priced vehicles and we just won't see those lower prices ever again. Don't think that auto prices will go down if you just wait. They probably won't.

Funny? that he just doesn't GAF about alienating the biggest consumers of EV over politics. Sure, he's a visionary? about the future of automation, robotics, etc. Big leap right now to just hope Tesla and Elon is the innovator of the future. He most surely appears to be the biggest opportunist of the American government for certain.

she's definitely a narcissist. you can tell that in the documentary. she has a lack of empathy and is focused on herself. A psychologist pointed out that her saying, "i hit him, I hit him" is evidence that she is a narcissist. The text messages read today clearly reveal she thinks mostly of herself. It's damaging that she cites the kids he adopted (his sister and brother in law both died within a year of each other) as the reason for a chasm in their relationship She's not an endearing defendant, but that doesn't make her a killer. It'll be interesting this time around if the defense admits that she may be a scorned, jealous, insecure person but there's no evidence of a collision.

I don't know... OJ lost his civil suit after being criminally acquitted. Seems the family is likely to try to sue her over anything after the trials. I think they've said something to the effect already.

Read to face wrongful death lawsuit
After Read's second murder trial concludes, she will have to face a civil suit brought by O'Keefe's estate and its representative, his brother. Read's attorneys filed motioned to stay the civil case until the criminal case is resolved.

For the defense? Way more. Karen Read has worked out some sort of deal with her defense team, so they aren't currently charging her. If they were billing her standard hourly rates, she'd be in the hole millions of dollars. But they still have to pay for witnesses, etc. For example, the defense had a $24k bill just for the two ARCCA witnesses in the 1st trial. She's using donations to cover those expenses.

Do you think that's why she did the documentary...to be able to afford all the expenses of her defense?

Sure, but we don't know when that is. I believe either someone from O'Keefe's family or the prosecution has said that they will keep going until until they get a resolution.

what are the chances they would win a civil suit against her?
why doesn't anyone mention the fact that spouses that have never worked are entitled to 50% of their spouse's earned social security? So people who have just single incomes in a joint household wind up getting 150% of earned benefits? Is that just not a material amount to begin cutting first, rather than going straight for higher taxes and raising the full retirement age? And this windfall provision just made a bad situation worse. People who were precluded from receiving benefits because they get state or federal or teacher's pensions now can get social security too...especially the 50% of their spousal security benefit mentioned above that we were previously denied.

I thought she was in the road, then someone in a truck drove up behind her so she pulled up in the road further while the truck stayed in the road by the driveway. The person the truckdriver was picking up decided to stay so the truck drove around KR in the road and said the light was on and she was alone.

The backing up I thought was alleged by the prosecution to be a 3 point turn she did where she hit him by the flag pole. The defense claims it to be the tow truck driver.

I rewrote the reasonable doubt list I began a page back. Mainly it's a bunch of errors of investigation and conflicts of interest. Should be enough.

the prosecution evidence proving she did it:

there was one JOK hair on the taillight

tailight pieces are in the yard

taillight pieces embedded in JOK's shirt

Jen McCabe and paramedic recall her saying "I hit him" over and over when they found his body the next morning

Help me compile the reasonable doubt...

Coroner says he wasn't hit
correction ETA: Dr. Irini Scordi-Bello, testified that John O'Keefe's death was caused by blunt impact injuries to the head and hypothermia. She also stated that she could not determine the manner of death, despite reviewing police reconstruction of a crash they claim killed O'Keefe.

Jen McCabe googled "hos long to die in the cold" at 2:27am the day of the murders and deleted it. Prosecution claims search happened at 6:23am after finding JOK

Sergeant Nicholas Baros of the Dayton Police, who said the taillight was cracked and a piece was missing but not completely damaged. Maureen Hartnett, a forensic scientist, also testified about the taillight damage on Read's SUV. Trooper Michael Proctor also mentioned the taillight, describing it as cracked.

Sallyport video of inspector looking at KR's car is inverted, concealing his "inspection" of the taillight, or was it a "camera setting" or malfunction. It was conducted at Canton police HQ where Brian Albert's brother, Kevin, is a detective with the Canton Police Department, a conflict of interest.

Higgins drove to a military base and threw his sim card and cell phone away at a military base dumpster one day before he received a court order to preserve the phone

Allie McCabe and Colin McAlbert's phones were never extracted or requested to be extracted. There's a screenshot of a text proving alibi but that could have been altered. Phone was not preserved.

Investigators failed to properly secure and protect the crime scene. key evidence not being properly secured or collected (paper bags and solo cups).
Inside of house was not searched initially.

the collection of taillight fragments occurred over a period of about three weeks. Initially, the State Police Emergency Response Team (SERT) found several pieces at the scene, and then more fragments were found by others, including Canton Police Chief Burkowitz. The defense has argued that these fragments may have been planted.

Massachusetts State Police Trooper Michael Proctor, the lead investigator in the Karen Read case, was fired in March 2025. The trial board found him guilty of violating agency rules, specifically for sending derogatory and inappropriate texts, sharing confidential information, and consuming alcohol while on duty.

ARCCA They were hired by the feds and their report shows that JOK couldn't been hit by a car like the CW is proving

a German shepherd mix with a violent history lived at the Canton home near where John O'Keefe's body was found. It was rehomed shortly after the death of JOK. no canine DNA was found on JOK

Would you rather be right or happy?
The Value of Truth vs. Well-being: The question explores the tension between intellectual accuracy and personal happiness or well-being.
Context Matters: The best choice depends on the situation. In some cases, being right is essential, while in others, prioritizing happiness and maintaining harmony is more important.
The "Being Right" Trap: The need to be right can sometimes lead to unnecessary arguments and conflicts, even when the stakes are low.
The Power of Acceptance: Cultivating the ability to accept different perspectives and let go of the need to be "right" can foster more positive and fulfilling relationships.
Happiness as a Choice: Happiness is often seen as a state that can be cultivated and chosen, while being right can sometimes feel like an external validation that is difficult to control.
