2001 Josh Reed put up 291 yards receiving. I think 22 catches. Unstoppable that day

The Patrick Peterson interception that was ruled an incomplete pass. Two hands on the ball, both feet in bounds, a divot in the green grass…., you’ll never convince me that wasn’t an interception. Still ticks me off and goofball Ritter was the ref.

This play alone still solidifies how Corrupt CFB is/was always made me question if the game is rigged or not. If there’s any real competition or it’s all just BS

I wouldn't say it sealed the game. I would say it saved the game if anything.

You just hit me right in the gut.

I remember watching this game with my dad and when we won, I ran over and picked him up and hugged him.

I sure miss him. :-(

Brad wing launched a 72 yard punt in 2011 with a few minutes left in the 4th.
I’ll never forget that.

I was there and that punt was like a cruise missile - never got very high and did not give the returner enough time to get under it. It then rolled for another 25 - 30 yards! My Bama friends were apoplectic!! Loved it!

The game went into OT. How did a pick in the 4th quarter seal the game?

Clyde had an all-time game. It seems like he was involved every huge play that day. TD before the half to stun Alabama. The spin move at the goal line that left a defender grasping air when the game had turned into a shootout. One of the best individual efforts ever when he will himself to a first down LSU HAD to have. Then he closed out the game by dragging several Alabama defenders for a 1st down. LSU history is much different without that effort.

But one that still pisses me off is Mett in 2012.

Absolutely.

Alabama was helpless to stop him in the second half of that game...even though they were beating the hell out of him. Then, with the game, the SEC West, and possibly a shot a redemption to reach the NC game (ironically vs. Brian Kelly) Les took the ball out of Mettenberger's hands needing just one first down to secure victory.

With the amount of people on here that still think Nuss is better than JD, I wouldn’t be surprised if there are still some Jarrett Lee truthers

Don't hate your answer but I have never seen a performance like Josh Reed's and Rohan Davey's in 2001. That was unreal.

Burrow

Yeah, Burrow absolutely destroyed that team. Several skill players had great performances - Clyde, Jamarr, Jetts, Moss - but Burrow was the constant, throwing darts and gashing them with scrambles.

No one has every backed up pre-game shite talk as much as Dwayne Thomas in 2016.

Most electric opening defensive drive I've ever seen as an LSU fan.

Kick return stopped at the 14.

Dwayne Thomas 4 yard TFL on 1st down.

2 yard rush with big hit on 2nd down.

Jamal Adams interception on 3rd down - still the single loudest crowd pop I can remember at Tiger Stadium.
