How many guys has this team lost since the beginning of the year?

Mike Detillier on the pregame show with Hanagriff said there were 15 guys on both teams that could be picked in the top 3 rounds of next year's draft, 9 on Bama and 6 for LSU. Hanagriff pointed out it was supposed to be 9 and 9 with Mathieu, Faulk and Hurst all gone.

Yeah, I would have gone to the EZ a few times instead of playing it safe.

Less said after the game he practiced the onside kick all week and that ball never took that hop back to him. Sometimes the ball bounces your way,(Florida) sometimes not.

I really didnt have a problem with the onside kick. bama had no shot to get it if we let it get to ten yards. it was clearly a call from stuff we had seen on film and during the game.

the fake fg was just terrible and you could see bama knew it was coming. we should have called a timeout and either kicked it or taken a delay and pooch punt it

54 yard fg was a bad call

Again, if Alleman doesn't slip, that kick is good.

i would have loved another shot into the endzone. mett threw the td to landry as good as it could be thrown.

Saints gambled on an onside kick and won the superbowl. When shite like that works, the coaches get praised.

Belicheck cost his team another shot at a superbowl by throwing it on 4th and 1. That was with tom brady nit mett.

So hindsight is 20/20.

Say that Stud/Miles are incompetent AND Saban is the greek god of defense

Saban is just an average coach with a lot of super talented players, always believed that to be true.

In the end, that play really didn't hurt.

maybe, but his long is under 50 and that's a low % kick (just asking the coaching God from Alabama). I don't have a problem with attempting but I wouldn't have minded if they tried a pooch punt either.

Fake FG and the 4th down run. Both were too transparent.

Hot QB, hot WR's and you gotta ride them when the chance is there.

Hated it, felt it was unnecessary and LSU already had all the momentum. Luckily, Bama didn't capitalize.

yeah .. i didn't like it in that spot either .. and why did he touch it where he did ? he could have gotten it at 10 yards easily ..

they rarely participate in threads where there's actual cordial discussions needing some football knowledge

It looked to me, like it took a funny bounce and just hit him unexpectedly.

I think Bama fumbled later, so it wasn't too bad in hindsight. Could have been, but wasn't.

ball took a bad hop and bounced into him.

He didn't touch it beforehand. Not on purpose, anyhow.

The only thing that LSU players/coaches are worried about.
