You have to be his mom. There’s no other scenario that makes sense.

I’ve always like Major since the int. To seal the deal against Mizzou. He takes a LOT of shite from the RANT but he keeps showing up every Sat. and has had some great moments! There is a reason he was pre-season ALL-SEC. Nice post! ??

I get some of the criticism, but he definitely takes a LOT of shite as you say. And I sympathize... and empathize... inasmuch as I was a benchwarmer CB/WR in 9th grade who would've loved to have gotten in the game, and who would've gotten Moss'd more than he does.

But anyway, I think Burns plays a little better near the LOS vs downfield, and though he's not an All American, he gives good effort-- despite the hate he gets for his antics after some plays.

I feel like Major plays hard and does his best. No? Have to pull for someone like that.

Classic burns, makes a good tackle after giving up a catch. At least he got rid of the dumb fricking cowboy collar.

How many TDs did he give up that game?

I think he could be a good linebacker, to slow as a safety and not enough meat for lb rn. Needs to have gained weight a year or so ago

This is kind of just it man. Tough having him at star because getting him on a WR is not usually going to end well. He does play hard though, so if that’s the best we got then we ride.

Yes Burns and Ryan get the best from the rant but it seems like they are stuck in quick sand every three plays something goes wrong both have a ton of experience just be in the wrong place at the wrong time .

There is not a poster on this site that wants to see the young man fail. Get over yourself

He is what I call a 50/50 player. Has a good play and then has a bad play...

Sometimes players look bad covering for others mistakes but I dont know if that is part of the problem here.

He’s really good at celebrating after making a stop on 8+ yard positive plays for the other team.

Annoying as hell. If he played as well as his theatrics, he would be an All-American.
