He'd be stupid to because we don't know how Daniels will do if he starts against SEC teams, so Nuss could possibly play early on. And if Daniels does start and has a good season, he'd likely enter the draft and the job would be up for grabs again.

I was more so talking about his accuracy, I wouldn't have expected him to know the entire playbook at that point.

It was a vanilla offense that wasn't built for any particular QB. The coaches have confirmed this.
