Orgeron was falling apart in his personal life and it was affecting the team and his ability to do his job.

I don’t think Coach O wanted to be kept.

He caught lightning in a bottle in ‘19, and couldn’t handle the success. His wife goes nuts on him, Covid hits and the nail in the coffin was his mishandling of the George Floyd issue.
I still love the guy but leave him be…

No. Firing O was the correct decision but hiring Kelly was a mistake.
