Would there be unity on the Rant if Les was "Promoted" to AD and Alleva Fired??

To me this is by far thebest of both worlds.
Pro-Miles folks get stability and a nod to a great career with Miles to AD. The anti-Miles folks get their new coach with a loaded roster to work with. The greatest thing is Alleva is looking for a new gig!!

The Pro-Miles group has to see that his offensive scheme is severely flawed and cannot be fixed with a OC change.
The Anti-Miles group has to admit that he is an A+ recruiter and a great face of the University!
Both sides can agree that Alleva is a subpar AD with a terrible track record.
