Jesus. The same guy that fricked up 2 DC hires and every OC hire gets to be put in charge of every hire?

Yep. And re-hired Bradley fricking Dale Peveto to run our special teams into the ground. Great call. I'll listen to some anti-Alleva arguments, as some of them do have merit. I think he's a good, not fantastic AD. But I have no clue why people think that Miles would be anywhere near equal, much less better than him.

I'd like that, but there will never be unity on this board about anything

NO.

Cut the cord COMPLETELY with Lester.

Let LSU begin an exciting new chapter.

I don't like stubborn blowhards who refuse to use reason and common sense leading out university. No Miles.

You don't fire your coach and then put him in charge of the entire athletic department. That would be stupid.

Sorry, I'm not crazy about the idea of miles running the entire leu athletic department into the ground the way he is currently doing to the football team.

How young are you people an here? Into the ground? Really? I've seen LSU into the ground and this isn't it. Not saying he should stay but most you are kids who know nothing but the success he has brought.
And it's LSU , not leu

So let the guy that was head coach of the largest athletic program at LSU and couldn't turn his own mistakes around be over all LSU athletic programs?

That would be good! Evidently Alleva doesn't know how to manage people. Normally one would discuss the problem and try to work it out, not just clam up and act like a spoiled child. That is not a manager that has employees lined up at the door. He should be the one let go!!!!!!

Les has trouble with clock management. Let's put him in charge of managing a multi-million dollar budget

No. That would probably mean that Cam Cameron would become the Head Coach.

That would be awesome and would serve Alleva right for ignoring Miles through all this.

So, in other words, who cares what's best for LSU athletics?

If handled properly, this could have been a good situation. I'm not sure Les would have gone for it, but...
