If you need a knee brace, LMK and I’ll post my email and we can make arrangements.

I don’t want any money FWIW.

Awesome gesture.

Going down steps backwards is less stressful and less pain on the knees. Wouldn't try that at the Dome though.

Ypu can take escalators and walk down if that's better for you. If not get a handicapped pass and you can trade your tickets for a handicapped pass and sit at the top of the 100 level. My son did that when he had a broken foot.

I’ll get you some Knee braces and whatever else you need. No charge.

Just email me with your address and I’ll either ship it or deliver if close. Again, not looking for money. Just want you to enjoy the game without issues.

Let me know anything else you may need and I’ll get it to you this week.

ETA: I’ll need your size. Email me and I’ll give you my phone number.

Ask someone nearby for assistance walking up the stairs. Pretty much anyone will help you

Damned Old Tigah never got back to me. I’ll check again in the am.

Anyway, I wanted to extend the offer to any other Tigers who may require some assistance getting into and out of the Dome.

Just email the address above if you could benefit from mobility products for the elderly and disabled in getting to and from seats in the Dome.

I don’t have any wheelchairs or transport chairs because I gave them all to various churches. I have most other stuff though.

My wife is pressuring me to get rid of the stuff so in a way you’d be doing me a favor by taking me up on it.

Any takers, email the above address and I’ll hook you up.

I went up there today before the fricking Saints game to look at my seats in 618. It is steep but there is a railing. Also, there are two entrances to most sections, a lower one and a higher one. The higher one in 618 enters at row 25. You will be fine. Don't worry about it.

I don't envy you. I am old and have knees shot to hell. Going up those steps will be enough of a bitch. Coming down them will be worse. Normally, I let the crowd clear before I try to come back down so I can take my time getting down. Otherwise, check in about more ADA friendly seating. Staff are usually accommodating. Best of luck.

No, man. He is good. Just has to walk down a few rows to his seats from the elevator. Dude is gonna rock it.

I was awarded tickets as a season ticket holder. Thanks to all for the advice. Especially to contact dome info and that will be walking down a few steps to seats. I have been to the three other Ships we played here. Don’t want to miss this one.

You enjoy the shite out of it, my man.

Thanks. I'm staying back to watch the game at home. In addition to having shot knees, one of them has two torn ligaments which I am waiting for the insurance to get off its rear and approve a repair procedure.

I'm sure the flight attendant will help you to your seat once she sees your boarding pass.
Seriously, just use the facilities that are there (elevator, e.g.) and take your time. You'll be fine.

My dad is about 260 and same situation as yourself. see if you can get someone to walk the stairs right in front or behind you for support. im sure if you're not afraid to ask, there are many people around that can assist and get you to your row, even if its just a few stairs.

those stairs suck arse man

I’m in upper end zone myself and anticipate a struggle but for different reasons. I have a very unnormal fear of heights. Like real bad. We were 13 rows up in peach bowl upper deck and I struggled. Like walking down row, back to field, reaching around each person to hold on to seat. Wife was laughing, rightfully so as stupid as I looked.

I have anxiety just thinking how much worse the dome will be but no way I’m missing it.

I just sat Row 26 in Section 607 at the Saints game yesterday...they are a little steep going down to your seat but hold on to the hand rails and you should be good...
