You may want to look at stats before you make a dumb statement like that. Not only did LSU lead the SEC in overall rebounding avg last year; they were first in total offensive rebounding and offensive rebounding avg, at 13.5 per game, which is an elite stat. The next closest team was at 12 per game. Offensive rebounding was a staple of last years offense and Wade’s teams have always been known for their offensive rebounding prowess.

The entire offensive philosophy will have to change I think. Can’t just get it on the glass for Bigby to clean up like last year.

Sorry your brain is too small to savor and enjoy two things at once.

Wade has already said repeatedly that they are changing styles this year. They are going to more of a motion, 4 out 1 in spread style of offense and way less on-ball screens/pick and roll stuff we have seen past 2 years.

This is the great thing about Wade and his staff. They know different systems and how to adapt the system to what best fits the roster.

UPS delivered my season tickets last Tuesday. I’m ready for it but enjoying the football ride first.

i spoke with wade this weekend and he did say we have really good guards and plenty of teams have won it all that way.

having said that, he was clearly tempering expectations. he said we'll be good. don't know about great but good for sure.

I don't feel like this will be a rebuild year. Mays is a great leader and great player, Smart almost beat Tennessee by himself last year when Waters was out, Williams is going to be a stud this year, Watford is supposed to be a major 5* scorer, Days has serious potential with his size and pretty 3-point stroke and Wade says we have some major shooters that will be playing this year that didn't play last year. It may take them a minute to adjust to not having two bigs like Bigby Williams and Reid, but I think we'll be better offensively.

Wade said this guy Hyatt is a sniper and that he almost wanted to burn his redshirt toward the end of last year because he looked so good in practice. He also said the new recruit Bishop can score at will. We'll see if they can do it in the actual games.

I expect Days to light some teams up from 3. He is long and has a pretty stroke.

Charles Manning Jr. will be the biggest surprise and our 2nd leading scorer.
